Billing and Refund Policy

The use of any DayTrade Scans product or service indicates that you agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions stated within this document. You understand and acknowledge that you have the ability to access the website version of our scanners with the purchase of a subscription. 

Billing Policy: 

DayTrade Scans offers several no contract and recurring subscription plans. You can change or cancel your service at any time. You can choose to activate, change plans, or cancel your account online or by contacting us via email. If you need assistance cancelling your account, please send in a written request via email. 

It is your responsibility to cancel your open subscription if you decide to switch to a different subscription plan. If you decide to change your subscription plan online, but fail to cancel your previous subscription, DayTrade Scans will not be held responsible for the double billing charges. In this event, DayTrade Scans will determine the eligibility for a refund. 

Billing Process: 

When you sign up for a Recurring Monthly Subscription Plan, you will be billed every calendar month from the date of purchase until you decide to cancel the service. For example, if you make the initial purchase on the 14th of the month, you will be billed on the 14th of each month thereafter. If you decide to cancel your service at a later time, you will need to cancel or send in a written request to cancel your account prior to the 14th to avoid the monthly charge. 

For one time purchases such as the One Month Subscription, Three Month Subscription, or Yearly Subscription, there will not be an automatic renewal. 

Cancel Online: Please sign into your account, click the menu item Account -> Subscriptions -> end. This will terminate your subscription immediately.

Recurring

Monthly Recurring Subscription Plan: With the Monthly Recurring Subscription Plan, you will be charged every calendar month from the date of purchase until you cancel the service. There is no contract involved and you can cancel the monthly subscription at any time.

Yearly Recurring: This subscription consists of one payment for a 12 month period. You will be charged every year from the date of purchase until you cancel the service. There is no contract involved and you can cancel the yearly subscription prior to renewal, or within 14 days of renewal occurring.

Prepaid, non-recurring: 

One Month Plan: The one-month subscription entitles you to only one month of service with no recurring charge.

Three Month: This subscription consists of one payment for a three month period. Once the three month period has passed, it is your responsibility to renew your subscription plan to avoid account expiration.

Yearly: This subscription consists of one payment for a 12 month period. Unless you opt for an automatic renewal, it is your responsibility to renew your subscription plan to avoid account expiration once the 12 month period has passed. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.

Refund Policy: 

If you immediately regret your purchase you can get a complete refund. If you decide to cancel after you've been using the service for a while, the amount of the refund depends on the subscription/purchase type and time of use. Refunds are typically prorated for the time remaining that is unused. There are certain exceptions. DayTrade Scans will determine the eligibility for a refund on a case-by-case basis. Special promotions are a limited time offer and are not refund eligible. Please contact us by phone or email if you have any questions regarding refunds. 

Grandfathered Rates: 

DayTrade Scans appreciates continued support. Many of our customers have been with us with uninterrupted subscriptions for years and continue to enjoy their old, lower rates. However, if an account has lapsed for over 90 days the customer will need to re-purchase at current prices.
